I purchased a fixer upper home in Staten Island that needed a total rebuild as my first house from the basement to the roof and I requested quotes from many companies, I like I to think I know when I’m getting the run around from people who are trying to over quote me so when I ended up calling PGS they offered me a very reasonable quote and even helped me with The comprehensive planning it would take to get my house up and running as fast as possible, they helped me make major decision as to the layout of my new home and I’m very happy with the decision we made together, I had an appraiser come to the house after all the work was done and we had more than doubled the value of the property, I don’t typically write reviews but I felt PGS deserved it.

The professionals knows what he is doing with the job. Takes care of it from start to finish. Does quality work at a good price. We renovated a kitchen and the job was done within 3 days and everything looked like it was great before and after.

Mir is an absolute expert as his craft! Many contractors came to my home to do an assessment of my project and most didn’t have the skill or experience to do what I needed. Mir basically came in with tons of confidence he knew what needed to be done and didn’t waste any time. During the job certain not standard modifications needed to be made, we agreed to do it and the outcome was just amazing! If I can give 6 stars I would! Highly recommend this business!

Mir and his team were great from start to finish, I highly recommend them. They reinforced the beams of my 100+ yr old brownstone, replaced and renewed the entire plumbing, drain, and sewer lines, and installed everything up to code in the bathrooms. They designed, supplied, and installed the beautiful kitchens for a competitive price, ultimately making both units feel like luxury apartments! I could also immediately find a new tenant and start collecting rental income the same week the job ended.

I'm very pleased with the results of the renovation of our single family home. For us the project felt like a huge undertaking because it required some beam reinforcements and remedies for other major issues so we were a little nervous before we started. However, once we got started they laid out a clear plan, walked us through it step by step, explaining the pros and cons of each decision to be made along the way. It looks better than we imagined and it's increased our equity.

Helped solve a unique window situation in West Village extremely quickly and professionally! Fatmir and his team were wonderful to work with - very responsive and prompt. They helped cut panes out of a fixed window to fit a casement AC unit and separately patched a hole in a separate window perfectly with plexiglass. They were one of the few companies who were able to help in such a short lead time - came to inspect the job on the weekend and it was done a few days later. Highly recommend reaching out to him for any contracting work - big or small!! Thanks again Fatmir

Professional General Contracting provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. We had a unique window situation in the West Village that required a quick and creative solution, and Fatmir and his team handled it flawlessly. They carefully cut panes out of a fixed window to properly fit a casement A/C unit and also patched a hole in another window with plexiglass — both completed with precision and a clean, professional finish. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and everything looked seamless once finished. What truly impressed us was their responsiveness and speed. They came out to inspect the project over the weekend and had the work completed just a few days later — something very few companies were willing or able to do on such short notice.
